high energy costs, geopolitical tensions, digitalization and the transformation to low-CO2 production are currently posing significant challenges for steel production and other industries.
In these turbulent times, we are proving our strength with integrated, turnkey project logistics that we adapt flexibly to the new requirements of supply chains. Our successful triad lies in the “consistent, secure and sustainable” management of projects. By continuously investing in partnerships and our own assets, we create the conditions to cover complete chains for large and heavy goods transportation.
Breakbulk, where the international “Who’s Who” of project logistics will meet from May 21 to 23, will provide the framework for a high-quality exchange on the market situation, requirements and individual concepts. As the Haeger & Schmidt Group (HSW Logistics, PSA Breakbulk, Rijnmond Logistics, HSL Belgium, BEST Logistics), we will of course be there in association with our parent company Felbermayr.
Many innovative solutions await you at our stand. For example, we will show you our success story “No transhipment from Paris to Bratislava” and present our new trimodal concept for “seamless connections on the Rhine“. We will also be demonstrating one of our digitalization projects: the online pricing tool.
You should make a note of three other current highlights for a visit to our stand:
Premiere celebration: Experience the premiere of our new associated company Rijnmond Logistics. The Dutch inland shipping company has been a perfect addition to our network since fall 2023.
New managers: Congratulations to Monika Foryś on her new role as Managing Director of Best Logistics. The Polish partner company covers our project logistics in Eastern Europe.
Technical innovations: Ask about the Big Felb, our heavy lift crane in the port of Antwerp, which symbolizes the strength of our joint venture with PSA Breakbulk there.
As the Haeger & Schmidt Group in association with Felbermayr, we also exemplify what we stand for on these three days: comprehensive specialist personnel with a feel for heavy cargo in hinterland logistics, including the seaport.
Make a note of our stand party on May 22 at 2 pm as a fixed anchor. Enjoy an exquisite Austrian coffee and delicious local specialties with us while you discover our latest projects and technical innovations.
We look forward to welcoming you to our booth 2J64-K65.
Yours, Heiko Brückner
